Frozen Shoulder

A frozen shoulder isn't just painful.
It's exhausting.

Living for months with pain, limited movement, and constant frustration takes a heavy toll.

And as if that weren't enough, the pain often becomes even worse at night.

Poor sleep. Never finding a comfortable position. Waking up with every movement. Constant muscle tension.

Nights that seem endless.

I took this photo years ago, long before the frozen shoulder, but it captures exactly how it feels now.

Even so, I keep reminding myself that healing takes time.
